Decoration Process
1. Choose your Products
Look at our products via the website as well as the decoration methods we recommend for each product.
2. Create a Quote Request
In your request, please include logos, logo placement details and colours so we can provide you with an accurate quote.
3. Quote Timeline
Your quote will be sent to you within 24 hours.
4. Free Digital Mock Up
Once you accept our quote, we will be in touch with a free mockup of your design.
5. Decoration Timeline
Once you have approved our digital mock up, these will begin decoration. Decoration takes between 15-20 days.
6. Shipped To You
Once completed, these will be shipped using your chosen shipping provider and you will be provided with a tracking number.
FAQs
What files do I need to provide?
All logos will need to be in vector format such as an AI. file, or an EPS. file. If you have Pantone, RGB or CYMK colour codes please send them through.
If you have none of the above, don't stress. Please email us at hello@custombyortc.com.au and we will assist you.
Can I get a sample made?
Yes! All orders start with a sample to ensure all details are correct.
Samples come at a small cost, however these are credited back to you when you proceed with a bulk order.
The sampling process can take 2 - 4 weeks depending on the type of sample.
What decoration methods do you offer?
The decoration methods we offer include embroidery, screen print and DTG (Direct to Garment).
We are always seeking new methods of decoration so if you have a preferred method, please let us know!
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
We do offer exchanges and returns on items that have not been decorated.
Once your items have been decorated, we can no longer accept any returns or changes of mind unless there is a problem with your order.
