With over four years of experience, Custom by ORTC has become proficient in creating high quality products for a range of businesses and organisations. To assist you, we have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions.

Do you accept small orders?

Yes we sure do! We offer decoration of blank products that we stock locally for a minimum of 5 units.

How long will orders take?

If the order is utilising blank stock that is held locally, the turn around time will be approximately 2-3 weeks. However, for Made To Order orders the time line can be anywhere for 5-8 weeks.

What does MOQ mean?

MOQ means Minimum Order Quantity. Usually when using this term, it relates to the minimum order quantity for each style/colour of a garment.

Does MOQ apply across different colours?

MOQ is relevant to a style and colour. For example, a Navy Quarter Zip MOQ is 100 Units but different sizes are included in this 100 units.

Do you offer design services?

We certainly do. Simple designs and mockups are all included in the service. However, if you are looking for a more bespoke design service or logo adjustments this will be an additional hourly cost.
