Sampling Process
What files do I need to start the process?
We will need all logos you would like mocked up / designed with in vector format. If you do not have this, please send your logo in png. or jpg. format in high quality.
Please send through any extra branding or colour codes as well as any design inspiration you may have.
What colours do you have available?
We have a range of colours and materials to choose from. If you let us know what colours are best suited for you, we can try our best to match it.
How much do samples cost?
Samples cost between $29.95 and $109.95.
Sample costs are credited back to you when you proceed with a bulk order.
How long will samples take to be made?
Samples can take between 3-5 weeks.
Bulk Order
Does the MOQ cover multiple sizes?
Our minimum order quantity is 50 units per size block, therefore you can order any quantity of sizes
How long will my bulk order take?
Bulk orders take approximately 4-5 weeks for clothing, and 7-10 weeks for hats.
